Specifications:

• Gross volume 34 liter.
• Working volume 25 liter.
• Material contact surface shall be in stainless steal 316 1 with welded seams and finished inpharma polished brilliant 0.6 mm.
• Connection all liquid transfer point shall be fitted with appropriate connection point and valves with tri-clamp connection DN25.
• Vessel cover: the cover shall be fixed with oscillating flanges AWP – no screws (lifting and closing slowly and stable).
• External materials and finish vessel shell and base frame shall made of stainless steal AISI 304.
• Vessel exterior and base frame have a sanitary bright smooth finish.
• Temperature control: the conical vessel shaped or end conical shaped shall be equipped with a cooling jacket (double jacket) and appropriately insulated.
