Hot-Air Dryer:

• Designed & manufactured according to GMP guidelines.
• All parts contact the product made of Stainless steel 316L.
• Drying temperature: up to 100 C⁰
• Loading capacity: the loading is distributed on one trolley or two trolleys in stainless steel.
• Suitable to carry 40 trays or 80 trays.
• Trays are made of St. St. 316L with curved corners.
• Size of tray 360mm x 775mm x 30mm.
• The capacity of oven 150 kg up to 300 kg.
• Internal chamber with rounded corners.
  
• The treatment of the drying air is out the heating chamber.
• Chamber internal dimensions:

• Heating: by electric system or steam system.
• The filtration of air by pre-filteror bag filter.
• Suction dampers are made of stainless steel 304L & controlled manually.
• Temp. Sensor type PT100 up & down of the oven.
• Chimney carried out the super heated air from the oven.
• Thermal insulation rock wall from German.
• Temp. recorded by chart recorder.
• Temp. Adjust by regulator temp.
